A. CATLi is a library of e-learning, video and other training content designed especially for the contact centre industry. By subscribing to the site you gain access to the training content provided
Q: Can I download the e-masterclasses to my PC or other device?
A: You can download the written resource guides but not the videos. As this is a subscription based service (think Spotify) then the videos are streamed from the website, so you will need a good connection to watch them.
Q: When does my subscription expire?
A: If you have subscribed to the 5 E-masterclass series then you will always receive access to these for as long as Carolyn is in business with Real Results Training! However, in 2014 we will be launching a Team Leader Library which e-masterclass subscribers will automatically be upgraded to, and this subscription will then run on a 12 month renewal basis.
Q: Can we buy the materials and host them in our own Learning Management System (LMS)?
Q: Do you have other videos for agents, trainers or coaches?
A: We are working on these and the subscription library will open up for these groups in 2014 on a 12 month membership and the pricing levels will depend on the number of licenses required (1-10), (10-50), (100-999) (999+)
